A. Account Information
We may collect full name, email address, phone number, country of residence, age or date of birth where necessary, username and password, and profile information.
B. Student Information
We may collect student name, learning goals, English level, preferred lesson times, communication preferences, and parent or guardian contact information for children.
C. Tutor Information
We may collect full name, email, country and nationality, native language, educational background, experience, qualifications and certificates, profile photo, availability, and payment information needed to receive earnings.
D. Payment Information
Payments are processed through providers such as PayPal. We do not store complete payment card details. Providers process information according to their own privacy policies.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use information to manage accounts, connect students with tutors, process bookings and payments, communicate about lessons and updates, improve services, verify tutor profiles, provide support, and maintain security.
4. Children's Privacy
Children under 18 may use the Platform only with a parent or legal guardian's involvement and consent. We collect only what is necessary for educational services. Parents may request access, correction, or deletion. We do not knowingly collect unnecessary information from children.
5. Online Lessons and Third-Party Services
Lessons may use platforms such as Google Meet, which have their own policies and are not controlled by Queens & Kids Talk. Users should avoid sharing unnecessary personal information.
5A. Google User Data and Google API Use
When a platform administrator connects a Google account, Queens & Kids Talk requests limited permissions to use Google Calendar to create, update, or delete lesson events; create Google Meet links and configure meeting-space access; and use Gmail solely to send transactional account, booking, and lesson messages.
The application does not read the Gmail inbox or user messages and does not use Google user data for advertising or advertising profiles. OAuth tokens are stored securely only for as long as needed to provide these features. We do not sell Google user data or share it except to provide the user-requested functionality or when required by law. Access can be revoked at any time through the Google Account security settings.
Queens & Kids Talk's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
6. How We Share Information
We share information only when necessary with tutors and students, payment providers, technology providers, and legal authorities when required. We do not sell or rent personal information.
7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We may use cookies to improve functionality, remember preferences, analyze performance, and improve user experience. Users may control cookies through browser settings.
8. Data Security
We take reasonable measures against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No online service can guarantee complete security.
